Nice one for the summer months. Smells exactly like a citronella bug candle. I was never crazy about that scent, but for some reason I love it in soap form. The scent fills up my bathroom!

I love the products from stirling, always high quality and this is no different. But BE WARNED. dont be like me and read a review before buying, this smells like a bar of citronella, which is fine if youre into that but its not exactly the scent Im chasing 2 days before thanksgiving.

The smell of this bar reminds me of my childhood. Summers spent outside every day, and what was always the aroma of a summer evening? Well, a citronella candle of course!! I even remember having bracelets that had the citronella smell as well. When I opened this bar up it was exactly what I was hoping for! Well done guys, I absolutely love this company and their products.

Fun fact remains me to a classic of my childhood the mythical jabon de cuaba. Those that have Latino and Caribbean roots will understand what I mean

Unreal skin feel…this is a wake you up shower

This is my first Glacial shave soap and am a fan ! The fresh citronella is amazing with the kick of menthol. Great lather and feel from the mutton tallow. Thanks Stirling family !

So being one of my first bought soaps I didn't know what to expect aside from a lemon scent ofcourse. Fast forward to receiving the shipment and at first I was so - so about the smell, I thought to myself: "reminds of pinesol's lemon fresh in a way, but I like pinesol anyway" but mostly because of how concentrated it is as a soap bar -- once I got to actually using it in the shower it's not bad at all. It's a quite refreshing scent honestly but it's all about personal taste ofcourse, but I will say the scent is pleasant once it gets a chance to disperse itself around the bathroom and leaves a lingering fresh scent. All in all, I like it! Just had to give it a chance

The soap is wonderful: lathers quickly and is moisturizing. However, the scent is exactly like Murphy's Oil Soap. Not my favorite by a long shot. Be advised.

I was not really a fan at first of the smell. I would consider it a fresh smell. But more like a Citronella candle.
HOWEVER, since it smells like a citronella candle, I was able to go camping and do yard work without a SINGLE bug bite. While those around me were being eaten alive.

I will always keep one bar on hand for bug repellent purposes. :)

This is a great unisex scent and I can't make up my mind if the scent smells more like a yellow Starburst candy or Lemon Pledge, but regardless it smells really great. Even with the Lemon Pledge statement, it doesn't smell at all like chemicals. It leaves the bathroom smelling fresh.

I have to say that Electric Sheep is my all time favorite. I love that is smells clean and is very refreshing. It leaves the bathroom smelling that way too. I love it so much that I use the After Shave instead of any perfumes. Just so CLEAN !!! I really wish Sterling would make a Electric Sheep body lotion (PLEASE)

When I got this soap I've been using this daily and my wife comes in and smiles knowing this is the soap that smells good and will be ordering more products from Stirling as better than the stores (Dial, Ivory) feels nice on my skin.

If you've purchased any of Stirling's soaps before you may have run into a similar situation: the package itself carries the scents of the soaps within. You begin to open the box and are hit with every scent that you were waiting for over the 3-5 days it took the mail to deliver. But one scent will always stick out a little bit more. Electric Sheep permeates everything around it with citronella...but not just the toxic-smelling bug-repellent scent you may be used to. It fills your nostrils rapidly with citrus but stops just short of becoming overwhelming. After finding the unexpected sample I couldn't get enough. The few days I had the sample in my shower were amazing, it filled near my whole bathroom with the scent.

I just received a full bar in the mail today and have already had a need to use it. The soap keeps your skin moisturized and feeling great and altogether makes for a deeply enjoyable experience.

I can't decide whether I like Electric Sheep or Scots Pine Sheep better. I do know this: they are both FANTASTIC. The Electric Sheep has a clean, crisp and energetic scent, along with a smooth, silky and creamy lather. I have dry skin...correction...I used to have dry skin. The sheep soaps have brought my skin hydration during these cold dry days in Wisconsin. A+!

Do Androids Dream of Stirling Soaps? The ones who bathe do. But I digress - I LOVE Stirling's bath soaps. I like this Electric Sheep scent and since I don't know what to compare it to I thought I'd make a sci-fi reference which clearly must have inspired the naming of this soap. This is my second bar of soap from Stirling and I can't say enough about the quality. It smells great, rinses clean, and does NOT dry out my skin. In fact, since I keep my hair very close-cropped, I now use Stirling bath soap for my head as well. Seriously, as long as Stirling stays in business I will use no other bath soap.

I don’t really get the mosquito repellent vibe others mentioned. I think it smells decent in application, but I personally think I like the remnants of the smell in the room. What I mean is that I can leave the bathroom and four hours later come back and smell it. It almost works as it’s own candle. I don’t notice it being so strong on application, but it really hangs around. Solid smell and I enjoy the overall performance.

I fell in love with Electric sheep the moment I received the sample puck. It's 50,000 watts of lemon zest and citronella followed up by a tender kiss of eucalyptus and lemon drops to bring you back to your senses. Being a sheep tallow, it's the first bath soap to withstand the sledehammer-hard water in my house without causing instant mummification. While it initially feels as if my skin is dry during the final rinse, it becomes soft and smooth the instant I towel dry, and that fresh, potent scent is a welcome constant in my bathroom.

If you're on the fence about Electric Sheep or any other soap, you don't need to be. Thanks to Rob and Mandy, my bathing and shaving experience has gone from an unwelcome chore to an absolute joy. Even if you have hard water, all the shave soaps will work perfectly, and the sheep tallow bath soaps will serve you well in the shower.

Our whole family uses this soap (2 kids, my wife and my mother in law) and we absolutely love it. We use one bar a week of this soap now that it is our exclusive bath soap. I use the Electric sheep shaving soap as well and I can't get enough of stirlings products in general. We are on vacation right now and we still took a bar with us, that is how much we like it. One of my children has sensitive skin issues and has been using dove since he was an infant, nothing else worked except stirlings soap. Great stuff and even greater people who run the company Rod and Mandy are aces in our book. We love you guys!!

I've been using body wash almost my whole life and I'm 32. I decided to try something all natural because I just didn't feel as clean with wal mart body wash. I have been using Stirling Soap for my shave needs now for a few years and so I decided to try some soap. Not only do I feel cleaner, the smell is amazing. Thanks also for the sample you sent me, I'm a customer for life. Now if you could start making deodorant, cologne and pomade that would be greeeaat. ;)

I just a received a Stirling package as a birthday gift from my lovely wife with a sample of this wonderful bath soap. I showered with it just now and I couldn't wait to write a review. Yes, it's citronella-based but I love a scent like that. It fills the bathroom with that scent but the two main things about this product are the performance and the skincare. This soap leaves me smelling great and feeling spotlessly-clean with well-cared for skin. Although I always use a moisturizer after a shower I could easily skip it with, as well as any of Rod's bath soaps. They're ALL the best I ever used in my entire life.

This soap's fragrance is great and is identical to the shave soap however the lather and way your skin feels after using it is exceptional.

The scent is awesome. Very clean and refreshing making it great for morning showers. My wife says it smells like summer time. The scent seems to change with mood.. at first it seemed citronella then when lathered, the lemon and eucalyptus really come out. Lathers extremely well slick and cleansing. A great scent for year-round every day use, and shareable for men and women. My wife wishes this was offered in a candle!
