This Shampoo lathers great, smells great, and cleans great. Its definitely a favorite of mine. I received it fast with a surprise soap sample which was a delight, as is usual.

1 of or thee not the best bar shampoo I’ve used, and I have used a lot. Lathers nicely, cleans great, smells my favorite scent by far. Feels like its gonna last a while possible 2-3 months.

I decided to give this a try and I am so happy I did. I think it's time to throw out the shampoos I have been using and stick to these bars. I really like that the scent is not over powering. Be patient with the lather process but once it does (does not take long) its perfect. I have sensitive skin and suffer from eczema and no issues, in fact my skin feels great after as well. I am mid 40's and still have thick wavy hair, I use a lot of good clay's and pomades and it washed the clay right out with only one lather. Really great products, I am really digging it and will continue to buy and look forward to trying other scents.

As a bald man I started to use this as beard wash. Scent is fantastic and makes my skill feel great!

I use the Haverford bar soap and shave soap in addition to the shampoo bar. It’s a great product with a little room for improvement.

There’s very little lather from this bar compared to other brands I’ve used. And don’t get me wrong - this cleans really well - Id just appreciate more lather.

The scent isn’t quite as strong as the bar soap. Again, not gonna stop me from buying it, using it, and loving it, but I wouldn’t mind if they dialed the scent up a notch or two.

While the OCD part of my wishes it was the same size as their shampoo bars, it lasts a LONG time. I started a soap and shampoo bar at the same time. Today I replaced the soap; 2/3 of the shampoo bar remains.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much I love having a soap and shampoo bar with matching scents. This cleans really well and smells fantastic. Lifelong customer here.

since I've used ~5 bars of this I feel like I need to tell everyone else how amazing this is. It works on hair SO good without any of the BS chemicals you see in other products. I'm really thankful that the Stirling folks bring us great products like this. The smell is on par top of the charts with the rest of the haverford line. Best scent offered by Stirling. Stirling shampoo bars are amazing. Lather like a dream and last a really, really long time. I’m never going back to cheap bottled shampoo. And the scent is incredible! Another home run from Stirling!

I never used a shampoo bar before, until I saw it as a product on the site. After giving it a try today, I have high doubts that I'll ever be using mass market bottled shampoo again. This stuff's great!
When the bar gets wet, you can see the oils coming to the surface, ready to be applied to your hair. Give the soap a quick rub or two in your hair, and there's already so much soap ready to be rubbed in and lathered up. I don't recall ever feeling such a thick and rich lather in my hair from any other shampoo than this bar did. It felt healthy, it felt right, the scent... Did I mention the scent? The scent is incredible of course! It's Haverford!
When rinsing the lather out of your hair, your hair is left feeling pretty squeaky clean. You know that feeling... Anyway, I always remember that feeling from budget mass market shampoos (based on my personal experience). However, when using this, you know the squeakiness is only because of the quality products in the bar, giving your hair the proper moisture and nutrition it needs, and removing the grime of the day from your hair. And that squeaky feeling only lasts inside the shower.
Once you come out, and believe me when I say this, your hair looks better than it ever did. I've never seen my hair have such a healthy looking shine the way it did after using this bar.
Overall this bar is another amazing product from Stirling that is sure to give you that luxurious experience they deliver so well with every item they carry. 👌

I've used mass-market shampoos forever, eventually moving toward the premium end of the spectrum. A huge pump bottle has taken up permanent residence in our shower--until today. We have untreated hard water, so I was skeptical about lathering a shampoo bar. I was prepared for some time and effort to replicate the lather I get from a good sized pump of salon-grade shampoo. Instead, my sample Haverford Shampoo Bar barely made three passes over my wet hair before I had plenty of great-smelling product to work into a healthy lather. Besides the obvious benefit of smelling one of my favorite Stirling scents, a quick rinse revealed completely clean and nourished hair. I could have guessed that from the list of ingredients, but I wasn't prepared for the actual results. After I order a full-sized bar, I'm confident that I'll have a more economical and far superior product compared to the chemistry projects others call shampoo--and I'll like the way my hair smells even later in the day. The scent strength is perfect. So Rod, I'm a convert. Thanks for the sample!
