From a scent perspective, I’m a fan of the Ozark Mountain shave soap and matching splash, so the solid cologne fits nicely into the set. The scent is not overwhelming, but quite pleasant.
I like the small footprint and portability of solid colognes in general. They are best applied to heat/pulse points on the neck and the wrist. A little goes a long way…

This solid perfume smells exactly the same as the "Ozark Mountain" soap, it is the same scent.
If you like the "Ozark Mountain" series, you'll want to get this one as well. Give it a try, it's great.

Should you be pining for the scent of pines, this cologne will do you well.
Smells VERY heavily of pine, and not always in a good way to some. One person I asked said it smelt similar to turpentine, but I've never smelt turpentine before, so I cannot attest to that belief.
Reminds me of an old candle scent that was (unsuprisingly) pine scented and very strong.
Though, with this cologne the scent does mellow out to a less harsh scent of woods, and becomes quite a pleasent aroma after only around fifteen minutes, which may vary with you body tempereature and BPM.
I recommended it, but don't make the same mistake I did upon opening and stick your nose in the tin for a deep whiff. Could only smell pine for about 30 minutes!
