Perfect consistency. Can't imagine this ever not being in my short list of every day stuff and I dont use a whole lot. The peppermint isnt overly potent but smells great

First time I got a heel and palm product from sterling.. and I love it! This product is very dense and goes on easy. I suggest if you use on feet that you wear socks for a few hours to let the product soak in..I have psoriasis and I put on my elbows and I can say this .. it’s amazing to help keep the flakes away and currently my skin only has a bit of redness to it rather than the dry flakiness that usually comes with my dilemma so I’m in love! I also use the lotion after a shower so this isn’t the only product I use.. the smell is amazing as well.. I’m a big peppermint gal so yeah… love it..

I used this product after wearing my boat shoes and it worked really well. I wore socks to bed after applying and I woke up with new feet. I smell a lemon note in this as well, which is quite refreshing.

Great for intensive moisturizing. I use it on my feet and hands. Works well in smoothing out my guitar calluses. A little goes a long way. Highly recommended.

I have extremely dry skin, especially my feet. This was given to me as a gift several years ago. I use it daily on my feet and ankles. It also helps ease the pain of plantar fasciities and itching with varicose veins.

In a few days my feet look completely different! Barely a week ago you could start a campfire rubbing my heels together! Now, them joints are silky smooth!! I will be keeping some of this stuff forever!!!

Great balm for dry skin. I really like the peppermint.

My wife is a bartender her hands are constantly wet and tend to dry out, she has tried many products but swears by Heel and Palm Balm.

My left arm is showing early signs of arthritis. To get my throbbing arm through the recent baseball season, I applied healthy doses of capsaicin ointment, which is what makes chili peppers spicy. The capsaicin caused mild irritation to an egg-sized patch of skin on my shoulder. When the weather became chilly, the irritated patch of skin turned to eczema. Hot showers to warm up my arm did no favors to the eczema. The irritation was mild: my skin was pink and dry. Nothing horrifying.

The skin on my shoulder has noticeably improved after just two or three applications of this. There is less discoloration and dryness. I'll continue to apply. This product is fantastic, but I'm done with capsaicin.

My wife and I are big Stirling fans. This heel and palm balm did not disappoint. It has a nice peppermint scent and does a fantastic job of healing cracked skin. Nicely done, Stirling.
