Great razor

This is a great razor. The weight and knurling on the stainless handle is excellent and ensures excellent control and no slippage. I got the aggressive head and while it’s not as pretty as my EJ or Muhle heads, the shave is better! It’s somehow more aggressive but gentler on my face than my Muhle R41. This is my new favorite.

My new primary

This razor is now my new favorite. It's very nice, and the weight of it is great. You get a premium razor for an amazing price. Stirling also included a pack of blades for free, which was honestly really kind of them. I wish I could shout out the employee who packed my order and left the note on the packing slip, but the name is a little hard to make out. Thank you, Rod, Mandy, and the entire Stirling crew. God bless you all.

Best shave ever

Now, I'll preface this by saying I don't shave daily, only to get rid of extra beard hair on my neck and cheeks. But this has got to be the best shave I've ever had. I'll never use cartridges ever again. Combined with Stirling's shave soap and brush, this has been the closest, cleanest, and most comfortable shave I've ever seen. It takes a little practice to get used to it, if you've never wet shaved before, but once I got the hang of it, it was like magic. I absolutely love these products, Stirling has got a customer for life with me

Wow!

I wish I would have started out with a starter kit from Stirling Soap when I first started wet shaving over a year ago. Compared to a competitors similarly priced razor Stirling's is way better. More space under the blade's edges leads to less build up and a closer and better shave. The overall material and feel is also better. I'm tempted to toss the razor I started with in the trash at this point. Kudos and keep up the good work!

New Favorite

Granted I only have two other razors (Merkur 30c and Timeless Aluminum) but this handle with the open comb head has become by new favorite. More efficient and requires less passes than my Merkur and less aggressive blade feel than the Timeless. Despite being open comb it feels mild and the handle gives a sure grip even with soapy hands and is attractive. I know the head is on the cheap side but I'm absolutely sold and will probably buy another head just in case this one gets damaged in future years.

Wow!

This razor is impressive. It's balanced and hefty enough that you just need to let it do the work as well as quite forgiving considering that I'm still new to using it, sometimes I'm in a hurry with the shave and even then rarely get razor burn. I wish it came with a travel case (with the basic/budget starter kits), but there are quite a few options if you do some looking around. Well worth the price and so much cheaper and a closer shave than electric shaving. Finding great "how to" video's is hard, but do your homework, take your time and it'll be great. I've tried Gillette Silver Blues and Voskhod blades so far and they both are smooth in this razor.

Great razor for the money!!

Bought this on a whim, and I don't remember the level of aggression the head is (I think it's the aggressive model) and what a performer. Really killer safety razor for the $$. Great design inspired by a classic with the excellent knurling and finishing- if you like the Merkur 34C, give this a try. You will like it.

Great razor

This is a comfortable and safe razor almost identical to the Merkur34C. The handle is replaced with stainless steel. I wonder if it is 316L?
It's a pity that...there isn’t a carton? The boss may consider the cost factor. I recommend using a carton to increase the aesthetics and added value. At this price, it is really worth the money. I am willing to give 6 stars.
